I confess..... (TWD)

I'm a terrible TWD-slacker..... I haven't made this weeks recipe yet...
Basically I have no other excuse than being busy: I've been very busy at work:
organising a seminar, for which I'm spending the next few days in Amsterdam.

I will try to catch up on the Fresh Ginger and Chocolate Gingerbread as soon as I can!
