It's time eat healthier and maybe even loose some weight. Don't get me wrong, I still love Tuesdays with Dorie and will absolutely keep participating. But I will restrict myself to only once cookie, one small piece of cake, one small serving of whatever we will be (re)creating. I simply can't completely stop baking, because that's one of the things that makes me relax and happy.
But I was looking for a way to incorporate some healthier foods into my diet, for this purpose I also seek help from my nutrionist... So when I saw this post on CB's blog, I thought: Well, that looks just like the thing I'm looking for!!
Leigh from Lemon Tartlet and the Dust Bunnies came up with the idea for Craving Ellie in my Belly and started the website.
